lululemon membership is a purpose-driven program that gives members elevated access to live the Sweatlife through community and connection. It is an experiential membership program rooted in community, aiming to create deeper relationships with our guests.

The Year-End Dashboard is a personalized email that uses a module-based structure to visualize Membership data in a way that encourages members to engage with their benefits, see how their participation contributes to the community of living the sweatlife and helps them realize the overall value of Membership program.
Members purchased the membership online or in store and were able to choose from 1 of 4 uniquely branded products.
The programs lasted for one year. Monthly and mid-month emails were sent out to prompt members to sign up for their sweat and grow classes, have early access to products, and use their birthday discount through the membership hub.
